Arbutus Solutions is made up of a group of business and technology veterans that work with clients to improve business performance by implementing innovative Work Management Solutions.
We specialize in Enterprise Project Management, EPM, (providing clarity on projects including financials, resources, and schedules across the organization), Project Portfolio Management (helping organizations determine which projects to invest in based on strategic corporate goals and objectives, while factoring in government or industry compliance), Business Process Improvement, and general project and management consulting.
We work with clients from a variety of market segments including utilities, oil and gas, financial services, government, legal and healthcare, and we are primarily active in Western Canada and Japan.
Our Consultants have many years’ experience working with SharePoint, Project and Portfolio Server and other Microsoft technologies, and have worked on projects for clients such as: TELUS, BC Hydro, BC Ministry of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation, Piedmont, TransAlta, Terasen Gas, Alberta Solicitor General, Zedi Solutions, Fortis, ATCO and Canaccord Capital.
