Beanstream Internet Commerce Inc. and Beanstream Internet Commerce Corp. are a wholly owned subsidiaries of LML Payment Systems Corp, a Canadian company that is traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the symbol LMLP with offices in Victoria, British Columbia, Vancouver, British Columbia, and Wichita, Kansas, LML.

We are a leading provider of financial payment processing solutions for e-commerce and traditional businesses.  We provide credit card processing, online debit, electronic funds transfer, automated clearinghouse payment processing and authentication services, along with routing of selected transactions to third party processors and banks for authorization and settlement and check recovery services.  In addition, through our subsidiary LML Patent Corp., we provide clients licenses to our intellectual property estate which includes five United States patents describing methods and systems for processing checks electronically.
