In 1998 the company started to focus on providing Help Desk (2nd level) Technical Support for the Ministry of Education. The number of sub-contracts continues to grow, and the scope of the business continues to increase.
Although most of our desktop support has been on Windows XP and 2000, we also have experience with Windows NT, WFWG 3.11, and Window 9X. Software supported includes MS Office (95-2003), Exchange 5.x, Outlook, Mcafee, Reflections 5,Norton Antivirus, and various Oracle products. During the past years as the company has grown, we have been able to offer a broad range of services at competitive prices. We keep our overheads low, and are committed primarily to service excellence. The surest way to provide this service level is to earn the trust of the client group through sustained and consistent help. All of the primary sub-contractors have years of IT and other customer support experience. Inexperienced new techs are always supervised until their technical and client support skills are properly assured. Our low staff turnover enables us to maintain this service level.
