Employee Pro-Environmental Behaviours: The Workplace as a Driver for Social Change
This presentation was given to the Sustainability Round Table on November 5, 2010. Four Victoria tech companies were studied to determine if pro-environmental behaviours practiced in the work culture become habits for employees then diffuse into the community via employee family and friends.
This presentation contains the highlights of Deanne Turnbull Loverock's (VIATeC Special Project Manager) thesis and completes her Master of Arts in Environmental Education and Communication.
