Topic: CRD EcoStar Program

Last year Archipelago won the EcoStar award for Waste Reduction. They have highlighted this award on their homepage, used it to recruit staff, and favourably positioned themselves with their clients. If your company won it in 2011, how would you use it?  Sarah will tell us the program details and will share info about other CRD programs for our local business community.

Participants

This group of representatives from local tech companies implement sustainability initiatives in the workplace, creating local case studies that provide proof of concept to the business community. Their goal is to share their successes by mentoring other companies.

SRT attendees are members of VIATeC technology companies and have authority to make sustainability decisions in their workplaces. If you meet this criteria and would like to attend, please contact dturnbull@viatec.ca
