In the recent topic survey sent to Software Manager RT participants, the subject of Estimating rose clearly to the top of the list. Everyone has their own methods for approaching this key subject, but we all know that we can learn more. November’s meeting will be a round-table discussion focused on estimation, with a particular focus on estimating for Agile methods.
