Then the Creating Culturally Welcoming Communities and Business Program workshops are for you!

The Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria (ICA) and Volunteer Victoria invite local businesses to attend our upcoming diversity training courses.

Topics Include:

* Building a reputation for your organization as one which welcomes diversity
* Recruiting, welcoming & supporting immigrant & international staff
* Communicating & resolving disputes across cultures

Who Should Attend?

Business Session November 18th and 19th:
Human resource personnel, supervisors, owners of small and medium businesses

Workshop Structure:

* Two days of interactive exploration of diversity & cultural competency
* Time: 8:30-4:30 each day
* Includes breakfast, lunch & refreshments
* Four one-week online training modules focusing on organizational change
* Begins at conclusion of the two day workshops & continues for four weeks

This high-value training opportunity is free of charge thanks to generous funding from the Province of BC’s Welcoming and Inclusive Communities and Workplaces Program (WICWP). Enroll early as space is limited.
