Tech Hiring Challenges

Out of curiosity, what challenges and obstacles are my fellow members currently finding most prevalent out there when looking for the ideal people?

For example, a lot of companies I speak with are indicating a tendency to receive a high number of unqualified or insufficiently experienced applicants  from their traditional recruiting methods.
