Recommendations for tech startup lawyer?

Hi ViaTEC members,

I'm looking for a good startup lawyer in Victoria.  I run a web-based tech startup,  relocated from Vancouver.  I have a corporate lawyer there, but am looking for someone more experienced with startups (internet-based startups in particular), and ideally someone local.

Ideally the lawyer and firm would actually specialize in startups.  (Experience with things like Angel and VC funding, etc.)  Experience with internet-related law (at least by someone in the same firm, if not the same individual) would also be great.

PS: Recommendations for business brokers and/or M&A firms, as well as personal Financial Advisors experienced with business owners, would also be appreciated, but are less pressing concerns.
