Wanted: laptop with French keyboard and OS

Matoto Multicultural Arts Society (http://www.matoto.org/) is a
grassroots, non-profit society based in Victoria, BC that aims to
bring cultural and arts awareness to our community, to provide
humanitarian aid to our friends in Guinea and around the world, and to
provide fundraising to support to select charities in our community.

We are looking for a relatively current laptop with a French keyboard
and operating system to facilitate the work being done by our
colleagues in Guinea, West Africa. The computer will primarily be used
for accessing the Internet (mostly for e-mail), preparing documents
and managing photo documentation of projects in progress.
