Learning from the best, Cathy has participated in several North American “think tanks” and was a member of key executive roundtables in global talent management, executive development and employee engagement, where firms such as Motorola, Sony, Disney, Merck, Unilever, and UNICEF met regularly to share human resource and organizational development strategies and best practices. Cathy also served as an Executive Board Member of the Attrition and Retention Consortium, a North American, membership based association, devoted to sharing data and best practices in employee engagement and retention.
Cathy is a Certified Human Resources Professional and a Certified Organizational Culture Transformation Consultant. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mount Allison University and a Masters in Organization Management and Development from Fielding Graduate University in California.
