Mr. Ingebrand graduated as an officer from St. Thomas Military Academy, earned his B.A degree from the University of Minnesota and was awarded his J.D. degree from William Mitchell. He has practiced law in the U.S. for over 22 years and is a Barrister and Solicitor Practicing Law in British Columbia.
