Think Communications Inc. is pleased to announce and welcome Kathy Boulet as Chief Operations Officer (COO). Kathy joins David Saele, CEO and Tony Woods, CTO on our Executive Team.
Kathy Boulet brings over two decades of experience in the IT industry, both as an employee and as an entrepreneur. She is passionate about creating opportunities for small and mid-sized companies to improve business processes and, ultimately, to prosper and grow. Kathy can often be heard asking teams and executive leadership, “What’s stopping you?”
During her career, Kathy has developed a deep knowledge of industry applications like ConnectWise, BrightGauge, and other integrated tools. She works with teams, using these tools in support of building solid, repeatable processes; excellent client satisfaction; and scalable, measurable growth. She brings this, and more, to the Think Executive Team, with a focus on accelerating growth.
In her COO role, Kathy will work as part of the team to help Think focus, prioritize, and identify short and long- term strategies. She will help us optimize processes, encouraging collaboration, and facilitating fluid communication of needs, expectations, and accountability.
We hired Kathy to:
· Focus the executive team and key departments on strategic priorities.
· Hold everyone accountable by putting in place the right KPI’s and metrics.
· Provide that sober second look at data and provide insights to help guide better decision making.
Kathy and her husband Todd, are surviving the double trouble of two handsome teenage sons, and George, the dog. She aspires to have goats. Right now, on most weekends, they can be found knee deep in drywall dust, paint and tile mortar as they renovate their house!
