About this Event:
Lighthouse Labs has a nationwide network of mentors, and we firmly believe that mentorship is the key to success. As part of our Mentor Month we are hosting a custom made workshop aimed at helping educate the next generation of mentors in the workplace!
Join us for an evening of celebrating mentorship, and learn more about best practices around mentorship vs coaching, career development, and the role of mentorship in the broader tech community.
Mentorship Month is a national initiative supported by Lighthouse Labs, with one simple goal: to shine a light on the value of mentorship. Through strategic relationship-building, mentorship helps individuals reach their full potential - in education, professional development, and personal growth. Mentorship Month is a dedicated space to celebrate mentorship and equip Canadian communities with the tools they need to pursue more intentional mentorship.
