In this role, you will…
Develop domain expertise in the online bookings, tourism and hospitality markets
Build knowledge of Checkfront’s product, its use-cases, and benefits
Accurately research new prospects, build lists or qualify pre-built ones
Prospect into cold accounts and generate interest in Checkfront’s products
Follow and create engagement cadences which include prospecting, emailing, cold calling, qualifying, and discovery
Scope and understand the prospect’s technical requirements in order to recommend the right solution and handle objections
Coordinate and book demo calls with the Account Executive team & provide discovery info to help speed up the sales cycle
When required, travel to tradeshows, industry events or in-person meetings/prospecting
Stay on top of new trends/tactics in tech sales and keep sharpening your skills with your team’s support
Be helpful to your prospects and teammates at all times. We’re a supportive bunch :-)

We look for…
SaaS/software sales experience
Previous business experience - through schooling or previous positions
Willingness to learn and grow in a start-up environment
Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
Interest in the tech space, particularly business solutions
Excellent phone/presentation skills and etiquette
CRM experience (ideally Salesforce!)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
