Under the guidance of the Head of Product and Operations, the Inbound Sales Manager will be the lead member of our sales team, responsible for optimizing our sales pipeline and developing and executing a sales plan. We're looking for a motivated self-starter to nurture inbound leads, experiment with outbound sales, serve new customers through to successful onboarding, and work with our onboarding specialist to improve the onboarding process.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
Communicate the company's value proposition to qualified leads, new customers, and partners.
Measure, communicate, and optimize sales pipeline management and forecasting.
Identify opportunities for process growth and improvement through sales lead and new customer conversations.
Support customer success strategy development to identify new opportunities, and channels with existing customers.
You bring some or all of:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
A solid fundamental understanding of the internet and software as a service (SaaS).
Expertise in using a computer and standard office software tools (spreadsheets, word processing, email, online services, knowledge of Hubspot is a plus).
A proven track record of managing inbound sales.
Experience cultivating relationships with new customers on the phone and via electronic communication.
