Under the guidance of the Head of Product and Operations, the Office and Culture Coordinator will be responsible for the ongoing management of our office space, as well as working with the senior management team to nurture and grow the team culture. This role will provide the successful candidate with exposure to many different aspects of a growing business and an opportunity to expand into various career paths.
Core Job Responsibilities
People operations and culture; includes HR duties such as managing our HRIS, benefits plan administration, expense reports, and invoicing.
General office administration; includes coordinating with suppliers and keeping the office stocked and running smoothly.
Planning internal and external company events.
Supporting customers with account funding via phone and email.
You bring the following:
Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar type of role at a technology company, or experience you feel is comparable (let us know how in your cover letter).
A strong team player with a customer service approach to supporting the organization.
Experience with the planning and coordination of multiple external events.
Proven strength in written communication.
Proficiency in using a computer and common office software tools (spreadsheets, word processing, email, online services).
A proven track record of taking responsibility beyond your job description and proactively doing what needs to be done.
A solid fundamental understanding of the internet and software as a service (SaaS).
