Telmediq is looking for bright, talented people to help us continue to build and evolve our next generation secure communications platform. For this role, Telmediq is seeking an Office Manager motivated to be part of a team whose goal is to revolutionize Healthcare Communications.
You will work with our multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, services and sales professionals who are focused on the next generation of Healthcare applications and workflows. Our team members are recognized as thought leaders in mobility, development and UX.
This position is ideal for an administrative professional with a background in office administration, event coordination, and team-building experience. You will oversee the day to day office operations and operate as the Telmediq advocate for our partnering companies. We are looking for someone who brings passion and drive to the workplace.
Management of day to day office operations.
Assist with onboarding of new employees.
Purchase equipment, office supplies, etc.
Manage in-going, out-going mail and bank deposits.
Act as a point of contact for office related vendors and partnering companies.
Plan and coordinate office events, town-hall meetings, and team building exercises.
Perform administrative duties as needed.
Assist with regular maintenance and updates to policies and procedural manuals.
Skills and Requirements:
A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in an office management role.
Intermediate skills office tools such as MS Office, G-Suite, etc.
Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Excellent organization and time management skills, with superior attention to detail.
Proficient in English.
Highly motivated, proactive, adaptable and enthusiastic.
