Under the guidance of the Head of Product and Operations, the Operations Manager will be a critical member of our business team responsible for managing our financial and operational processes as well as supporting annual strategy development. We're looking for a motivated individual to foster supply chain stability and deliver financial data to inform organizational decisions.
Core Job Responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing weekly and monthly reporting, and other analysis.
Monitor financial performance and targets by establishing and maintaining clear internal key performance metrics.
Oversee the monthly financial reconciliation process and communicate results to the auxiliary accounting team and senior leadership team.
Support annual strategy development by evaluating financial and operations performance and providing opinions on decisions that will enable long term, profitable growth.
Manage inventory, compliance, and reporting functions for the business.
Lead our strategic partnerships with suppliers and services to ensure service continuance and excellence.
You bring the following:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
Understanding of general finance and accounting, including profit and loss, and cash flow management.
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proven ability to build relationships and consensus among managers, partners, and team members.
