We are looking for candidates that are ambitious and not afraid of steep learning curves and hard work. Professionalism is extremely key – communication skills, adhering to a business dress code, and excellent personal organization skills are crucial.
Technical skills we’re looking for: proven troubleshooting skills, experience in server infrastructure design, support, and management, network provisioning, firewall administration, security expertise, remediation and countermeasures, backup and restore experience, Office 365, Azure, and Cloud related experience.
The most important traits we’re looking for are personal integrity, persistence, someone who is proactive, willing to learn and accept feedback, excellent personal management skills, and a friendly outgoing attitude that likes building trust and relationships with colleagues and clients.
You must be a morning person for this job. Our team starts between 6:00-7:00am daily so we can beat the traffic, accomplish after hours tasks, and get a jump start on the day’s support requests before end-users arrive.
Class 5 License and Full time access to a vehicle are also required.
