    December 15, 2015, Victoria, BC: Pretio Interactive, a mobile advertising company that reaches customers with real-world rewards at their most receptive, is happy to welcome Meghan McKenzie as the company’s new VP of Sales. Meghan brings to Pretio a solid marketing background, with direct experience working in the advertising technology sector.

    Meghan has worked with large multinational brands on advertising campaigns in Europe and North America. In her new role she will continue help major brands achieve their marketing goals. She earned her Bachelors of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management at Royal Roads University.

    Meghan is transitioning into her new role as VP of Sales in early January 2016 and will take on the responsibilities of Vivienne Damatan, Pretio’s current VP of Sales, while she is on parental leave. When Vivienne returns from her leave, both Meghan and Vivienne will continue in permanent senior leader roles at Pretio Interactive.

    Victoria, BC, July 28, 2015: Pretio Interactive, a mobile advertising company that reaches customers with real-world rewards at their most receptive, released the company’s first half results for 2015. The company continues to realize month-over-month (MoM) growth amidst the evolving digital marketing space.

    Revenue
    Pretio reported average topline MoM revenue growth of +13% for January-June 2015. The company’’s 2015 first half revenues grew 300% compared to the 12-months of 2014. The annualized revenue run-rate for 2015 is seven figures coming into the busy second half of the year.

    Impressions
    Pretio’s overall reward ad impressions increased +42% compared to total impressions in 2014.

    Brand Partner Growth
    Pretio’s overall brand partner portfolio has realized a +79% increase compared to 2014.

    “Pretio’s growth in the first half of 2015 is indicative of two phenomena that we don’t see slowing down anytime soon,” said Jim Hayhurst, CEO of Pretio Interactive. “First, we are seeing huge growth in the amount of time consumers spend in apps versus any other digital medium. And second, advertisers are spending a relatively small amount to reach them there.
    That gap is the opportunity that we – and our growing number of publishers, networks and brands — are laser-focused on closing.”

    So far in 2015, Pretio has worked with brands such as Lexus, Krispy Kreme and Pandora to connect consumers with rewards, offers and discounts at key engagement moments in apps and games. In an age where traditional digital ads are becoming less effective (and more disruptive), Pretio keeps brand interactions relevant and tangible. Through Pretio, developers are given a
    simple way to include moments-based advertising where and when it makes sense.

    The first half results come on the heels of Pretio Interactive’s recent recognition as one of Douglas Magazine’s “10 to Watch” and a finalist for VIATEC Award’'s Emerging Tech Company of the Year.     Victoria, BC, November 3, 2015: Pretio Interactive, a mobile advertising company that reaches customers with real-world rewards at their most receptive, released the company’s third quarter results for 2015. Across all major metrics, Pretio achieved substantial annual and quarter-over-quarter growth.

     
    Revenue
    Topline quarterly revenue increased by 56% from Q2 to Q3 2015 and 670% year-over-year from Q3 2014 to Q3 2015.
     
    Impressions
    Pretio increased the number of reward impressions served by 60% from Q2 to Q3 2015, and 225% year-over-year from Q3 2014 to Q3 2015.

    In Q3 2015 Pretio’s brand partners increased by 53% over the previous quarter and by 330% from Q3 2014 to Q3 2015.
     
    Team Growth
    Pretio has grown its team by 150% since Q3 2014 and by 30% quarter-over-quarter.
     
    “The challenge for any high-growth technology company is to maintain a balance between financial growth and operational stability,” said Pretio CEO, Jim Hayhurst. “This quarter was especially important for Pretio as we achieved record revenue milestones while at the same time bringing on new people to handle the new demands of our brand and publisher partners. I could not be prouder of how the team managed this demanding period.” 
     
    This past quarter saw Pretio deliver campaigns for brands such as Tommy Bahamas, P&G, CBS, Amazon, and FanDuel to audiences across a wide variety of aps and games through contextual, relevant rewards at key moments. The ads helped brands overcome the “banner blindness” and performance issues that are pervasive across the digital landscape.

    Additionally, in Q3 Pretio was invited to judge the Casual Connect Indie Prize Competition for game developers in San Francisco and attended Casual Connect Tel Aviv in October.
     
    Pretio Interactive is working to finish 2015 in a strong way and anticipates continued growth going into Q4.
