Reporting to the Business Solutions Manager in the Information Technology Department, this role serves as a project/program manager leveraging the Microsoft 365 suite of tools (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, Forms, Planner, Azure DevOps) to manage project requests, software development sprints and engage stakeholders.
Additionally, this role works closely with the Business Solutions Manager to track portfolio health, lead prioritization sessions, and ultimately continually improve the overall project management practice at the City.
A champion of hybrid AGILE approaches to project execution, the IT Project Outcome Specialist empowers their colleagues to achieve success together while removing barriers and lending their formidable coordination skills to drive forward a variety of technology and modernization projects within the City.
