As a VIATEC member, you get exclusive access to our premier venue spaces at Fort Tectoria—including our Boardrooms, the VIATEC Conference Room, and the Tilted Rocket Lounge—at highly discounted or completely free rates!
How Membership Venue Credits Work
Every year when you renew your VIATEC membership, your account is credited with a specific venue allowance to use toward room bookings.
- Annual Credits: For example, all Company Members automatically receive a $450 venue credit each year!
- Stackable Discounts: On top of your annual credit, your membership tier unlocks an additional percentage-off discount on any costs that go beyond your credit amount.
How to Book Your Space
Booking a room is a straightforward 3-step process:
- Choose Your Space
Review our available venues, standard costs, and your member-specific discount tier to decide which space best fits your needs. - Submit Your Request
Email Ceri Barlow, our Facilities Manager, to request your booking. To help process your request quickly, please include:
- Desired date and time
- Primary contact person
- Catering requirements (Note: The Fort Café is our exclusive on-site caterer)
💡 Tip: The Tilted Rocket Lounge and the VIATEC Conference Room are high-demand spaces. Please submit your request at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance to secure your spot!
- Invoice & Confirmation
Once your booking is locked in, we will automatically apply your available venue credit to the invoice. If your booking exceeds your credit balance, your membership percentage discount will be applied to the remaining amount.
