Our conference room features the OWL conference call hardware, offering an immersive 360-degree video and audio experience. Follow these simple steps to get set up, as outlined in the Meeting Owl Pro Setup Guide.

Setting Up:

• Plug in the OWL to your computer via USB.
• Select the OWL as your video and audio device in your meeting software.

Important Audio Note: While the OWL provides excellent video capabilities, feedback on its microphone quality suggests room for improvement. For optimal audio clarity:

• Use the Stand-Alone Mic: A high-quality microphone is attached to the OWL for enhanced audio.
• Or Your Computer’s Mic: Your laptop’s microphone may also provide a better audio experience than the OWL’s built-in mic.

For a seamless conference call experience that ensures everyone is seen and heard clearly, consider using the OWL along with our recommended audio solutions.

Our lounge is equipped with two state-of-the-art TVs, each paired with its own Chromecast, allowing you to seamlessly share your content in a communal space. Here’s how you can get started:

Step 1: Locate the Remotes

Each TV has a dedicated remote for your convenience. You’ll find these remotes secured under the TVs, attached via Velcro to the wall. Please handle them with care and return them to their place after use.

Step 2: Connect to WiFi

To cast to the TVs, your device needs to be connected to the FortOnFort WiFi network. This ensures a secure and stable connection for streaming your favorite content.

Step 3: Start Casting

Once your device is connected to the FortOnFort WiFi, you're ready to cast! Select the Chromecast option on your device and choose the TV you wish to cast to. Whether it’s a presentation, a YouTube video, or your favorite show, casting is just a few taps away.

Using HDMI Ports

Prefer a wired connection? Each TV is equipped with accessible HDMI ports located on the back for your convenience. If you require an HDMI cable or an adapter, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Ceri for assistance.

• How to Connect: Locate an Ethernet port on the walls of our venue, plug in your device, and enjoy a seamless, high-speed connection without the need for WiFi.

Feel free to customize the conference room layout by rearranging tables and chairs to suit your meeting's needs. To ensure the space remains welcoming for everyone, we kindly request your cooperation with the following:

• Before Moving: Unlock the wheels on tables to prevent scratches on the floor.
• After Use: Please return all furniture to its original placement as you found it upon arrival.
